You would have thought Moyes would have wanted to get the fans on side more.

A much more changed team having a real go would have been better received than that surrender.

Re: Moyes already touting himself for a better job
Last night was a great opportunity for us to progress into the semi-finals of a competition that we should be going all-out for.

The team selection, formation and substitutions were all bizarre, wrong and hopeless.

I feel like that we pretty much forfeited the game. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. Anyone who is content with that pile of shit last night should have a fucking word with themselves.

After the high of Saturday; it's been well and truly spoilt by last night's load of old bollocks.

38 years without a major trophy. It could well be another 38 years on top of that with the attitude and contempt that managers and players have regularly demonstrated over the years towards cup competitions. Truly appalling.

"Your reputation doesn't stand for anything."

He's quite fortunate that is the case to be fair.

Clearly Real Madrid will be on the phone after losing to Arsenals reserve team!!

The end of the season will actually proove his point or make him a laughing stock.

Aside of that, i quite like the confidence of the man and let's hope that rubs off on the players and they up their games too. You don't win anything unless you believe you can.

Lily, if I remember correctly, manure was bought by the glaziers with £500 million debt which they loaded onto the club, yet they still flung around £50 and £90 million sums for players.
I always thought this was nothing short of a massive fiddle when clubs like ours struggled with the Icelandic debt of £100 million.
how the hell is this fair in the grand scheme of things???.

Alfs,

You are a little hasty with the trigger.....7/9 in the last 3 games, but 8/18 overall, including a thumping at Everton.

How about you revisit at the end of the season?

I can't see anything, reading between the lines.

Alfs, You were just getting a wee bit naughty at the end there, so just watch yourself. You still might get a slap, even though you’re a woman. Careful the next time you come in.

Precious is reading that BBC report and concluding that Moyes is touting for another job.

Actually there is a long way to go before any of us can say he has done a good job for WHU. Let’s not get carried away it’s still early days.

Blimey, we have some precious folk on here. I didn't realise that it was a regurgitated statement and read between the lines.

Alfs is clearly another poster who thinks that we're CHARLTON ATHLETIC... Albeit with crowds approaching 60k.

What a load of shit. Moyes is fine and said only a few weeks ago he'd stay for 11 years, matching his stint at Everton.

Well he must be absolutely brimming with confidence at the moment then.

If this carries on transferring to the players and he caries on the improvement and keeps us up I'll be delighted.

Then at the end of the season if we end up parting ways it will have been a win / win situation.

He's turning around a very very difficult situation here, very well done so far Mr Moyes.
